Pre-order window opens mid-October
Vodafone has opened pre-orders for the iPhone 18 Pro, iPhone 18 Pro Max and the new foldable iPhone Duo. The handsets become available to order from 16 October. Customers can pair them with SuperMobile airtime plans that start at £20.53 a month for the Pro (30 GB data, £40 upfront) or £22.57 a month for the Pro Max on the same terms. Standard plans begin lower at £10.53 and £12.57 a month but with just 1 GB.
SuperMobile adds speed and guarantees
SuperMobile plans cost £3 extra a month over Vodafone’s full-speed Xtra tariffs yet deliver up to 4x faster speeds in busy areas, a dedicated 5G+ FastTrack lane and a minimum guaranteed speed. If the network fails to meet that floor, customers can exit the airtime plan without paying an early termination fee. The plans also include OneNumber for Apple Watch, 0 % interest-free credit up to 48 months and a trade-in guarantee worth up to £855.
How it compares with rivals
O2 has already opened its own pre-orders for the same iPhone models on Classic, Plus and Ultimate plans. Vodafone’s offering focuses on the new 5G+ FastTrack and guaranteed speeds rather than satellite connectivity. Both operators allow yearly upgrades via trade-in schemes.
Rob Winterschladen, Consumer Director, VodafoneThree, said: “We’re excited to offer the latest iPhone models — which deliver innovative designs, advanced camera systems, pro performance, all-day battery life, and more — with Vodafone SuperMobile plans, our best-ever mobile experience, up to 4x faster, greater reliability and advanced security, with access to the UK’s only 5G+ FastTrack with guaranteed minimum speeds, as well as our best ever range of benefits.”
Prices shown already factor in a £35.63 monthly trade-in saving over 24 months and will rise each April by £2.50 on the airtime element. Check the small print on data allowances and speed guarantees before committing.
