We've just spotted some good news for anyone hunting decent broadband without the usual rip-off prices. Hyperoptic has been named a Which? Great Value Broadband Provider after the consumer champion quizzed more than 5,000 customers on speed, reliability, service and value.
The provider scored a solid 77% customer rating and came out near the bottom for complaints about sluggish speeds, thanks to its full-fibre network. At a time when lots of households are checking their bills, this recognition shows Hyperoptic is keeping costs sensible while delivering reliable connections.
Lutfu Kitapci, Chief Commercial Officer and Managing Director of ISP at Hyperoptic, said: "We’re delighted to be recognised once again as a Which? Great Value Broadband Provider. It’s a fantastic endorsement of the experience we work hard to deliver for our customers every day.
Since launching almost 15 years ago, our focus has been on bringing fast, reliable full fibre broadband to homes across the UK while ensuring customers receive great service and value. This recognition reinforces our commitment to staying firmly in our customers’ corner and continuing to raise the bar for broadband."
Which? also reminded people to shop around if they think they could get a better deal. If you're on our broadband comparison page you can see how Hyperoptic stacks up against other providers right now.
