Vodafone is extending its Secure Net Home service and Who's Home smart alerts to another 900,000 UK broadband customers. The upgrades apply to people on standard packages who have a Power Hub router.
What’s changing
- Secure Net Home now covers up to 128 devices with virus and malware protection plus parental controls.
- Who's Home sends alerts when family members arrive or leave, and it’s free for Pro 2 and standard customers.
The service includes custom content filters, internet pause options, bedtimes and focus time settings. New users get three months free before it’s £2 a month.
We’ve written before about how to compare broadband deals and this kind of built-in security is one feature worth weighing up when you’re choosing a provider.
