One app for more devices
Hive has teamed up with Enode to bring hundreds of new smart energy products into its Works with Hive programme. The move lets users monitor and schedule devices from different makers through the single Hive app instead of juggling separate controls.
Starting with EVs and chargers
Rollout begins with electric vehicles and their chargers before solar panels and home batteries join later. The integration uses Enode's platform so Hive can add fresh brands and categories as the market grows.

Households can shift EV charging to cheaper off-peak times and make better use of solar stored in batteries. Tom Pakenham, Commercial Director at Hive, said: “Our goal is to make home energy simpler, smarter and more rewarding for our customers. As more people install EV chargers, solar panels and home batteries, they want those technologies to work seamlessly together and help them save money.”
