We've had a first look at the official trailer for Netflix's new Dutch drama The Perfect Lie, and it looks set to be a tense watch. Based on Saskia Noort's bestseller The Dinner Club, the seven-part series follows a group of friends whose luxurious lifestyle starts to unravel after a fatal fire.
Created by Dorien Goertzen and starring Loes Haverkort, Remko Vrijdag and Noortje Herlaar among others, the show explores how far people will go to protect their secrets. It lands globally on 10 September 2026.
